Create an alluring ambience

New Year’s Eve is no simple gathering of friends and family like you might have on any weekend, it’s the biggest celebration of the year. So, you’ll want to create the right atmosphere to suit this mammoth event! For a cosy setting, embrace dim lighting and fill your home with the soft glow of votive candles, or a cosy fire. Set up your rooms with the party zones clearly marked out so your guests can see the areas which they are allowed to use - drink stations, nibbles, and plenty of seating will serve as good indicators as to where the party is taking place.

Set-up some fun activities

It’s not a party without party games. NYE parties tend to last quite a long time, so it’s worth getting some fun activities lined up to break up the evening/morning. Of course, a varied selection is always advisable, and self-serve stations can be better for house parties.
